One-To-One CoachingThis is a special opportunity for aspiring managers to get personalized attention and support. Read – ABCs of One-to-One Coaching for guidance on what’s involved. Make Contact – Go to the Coaches Gallery to choose a coach and get phone and email contact information. Confirm Match -- Please send an email to cal-icma@donmaruska.com when you’ve confirmed a match with a volunteer coach so that the Cal-ICMA Coaching Program Director knows who’s still available to provide coaching. Consider an Agreement – Review the One on One Coaching Statement of Mutual Agreement and have both yourself and your Coach agree on what will be involved in the Coaching process.
