Management Style Analysis reports . A limited number of Management Style Analysis reports are funded within the budget for the Cal-ICMA Coaching Program. These instruments are available to current members of MMANC (www.mmanc.org) and MMASC (www.mmasc.org)

To receive a confidential, personalized 24-page profile report, open the PDF of the Instrument below, print out the questionnaire, answer the questions, fax the response sheet to 805-772-4697, and be sure to include a cover sheet that clearly specifies (a) your name, (b) MMANC or MMASC membership, and (c) the e-mail address to which you'd like the report sent.
