Hearing about Lean and Six Sigma, Sam turns to a local expert, asking her to train his management team in Lean and Six Sigma principles, to help improve efficiency.

Though the story is fictional, the scenarios are real life.   Readers are given clear, straightforward Lean Six Sigma training, along with the novel’s characters.
