On May 12, ICMA sent emails to all members with an email address on file that included a link to complete the 2025 Membership Satisfaction Survey. This is an opportunity to let ICMA staff know how your membership association is meeting your needs. Your input is especially valuable during this period of transition for ICMA.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Completed surveys will be entered into a drawing for a free registration to the 2025 ICMA Annual Conference in Tampa/Hillsborough County, Florida.
