ELGL (Engaging Local Government Leaders) is a membership-based organization aiming to engage the brightest minds in local government. It works to breakdown silos within public service and help future public servants break into the profession. 

The 2025 Conference will connect seasoned local government professionals with young professionals for a three-day camp experience meant to advance participant's professional development, boost morale, and connect local government professionals to one another. While participants share best practices and collaborate with one another, they will also participate in sunrise sessions, training workshops, local site visits, and camp-themed networking events.
