Join ICMA Credentialed Managers for a day of professional development designed to strengthen leadership, support ongoing learning, and foster community among peers. The day begins with a welcome from the host community and ICMA, followed by updates from the Credentialing Advisory Board. Participants will explore their own learning journeys, enjoy a hosted lunch, and dive into the enduring relevance of the Cookingham Guideposts. The afternoon features a session on emotional and psychological well-being before closing with group reflections to cap off a thoughtful and energizing day.
