As LGBTQ+ professionals continue to navigate an evolving and, at times, challenging landscape, the need for authentic community and meaningful connection has never been more important. 

This three-hour virtual event features a keynote presentation from Lon Pluckhahn, City Manager of Vancouver, Washington, exploring authentic leadership, organizational culture and creating workplaces where people can thrive. The program also includes a conversation with Lindsay Kinney, Community Engagement Director for No Divide KC, on the role of arts, storytelling and community-building in fostering belonging, followed by a Stories of Pride presentation from Elaine Wang (she/they), City Manager of Winooski, Vermont, sharing her leadership journey and experiences building inclusive communities in local government.
