What will you do in this position?
Create implementation plans, engage stakeholders, and manage schedules and deliverables on high-priority citywide projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Perform research and analysis of complex operational, financial, and policy issues, and create dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support data-driven decisions and ongoing improvement.
Support Executive Leadership Team, interdepartmental, and regional meetings by planning agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting outcomes to ensure focus and follow-through.
Recommend and implement policies, systems, and procedures to foster innovation and improve citywide processes, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices.
Collaborate with departments and IT to evaluate and integrate modern tools that improve operations and support solutions to improve the quality of service for residents and make city operations more efficient.
A successful candidate in this position will:
Collaborate with the Bothell Community and Departments to build strong, successful partnerships that achieve shared goals.
Ensure clear and efficient communication of information and ideas through diverse communication channels.
Identify new and different approaches to situations, challenges, and opportunities, demonstrating creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
Create efficient methods to accomplish work, coordinates people and activities, and uncover opportunities for collaboration and integration that others may miss.
Master’s degree (MPA, MBA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. Experience working in a City Manager’s Office or similar executive environment is desirable.
