The City of Fernley is seeking a dynamic leader ready to guide one of Nevada's fastest-growing cities through change and opportunity.

As City Manager, you will negotiate and administer contracts, analyze legislation, advise the Mayor and Council on policy decisions, and serve as the City's representative in intergovernmental relations and public forums.

The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with Council, staff, residents, and practice open and transparent communication. With proven expertise in fiscal discipline, infrastructure, and economic development, they will deliver results that will position the City of Fernley as a regional hub for organizations like: Microsoft, Agru America, Panda Express and Mark IV Capital, while honoring Fernley's small-town character.
