The BoCC is seeking a strong, visionary leader with solid management, organizational & financial skills. The County Manager will provide leadership, focus & direction to the BoCC, the Leadership Team, & community. Critical success factors for the new County Manager will include strategic planning, financial oversight, regionalism, collaboration & consensus-building skills, innovative problem solving, & strong, enthusiastic leadership in a time of dynamic transition. The new County Manager will have a min of a BA degree from an accredited 4 yr college or university in Public or Business Administration or closely related field, master’s degree strongly preferred; & 8-10 yrs of increasingly responsible public sector experience.

$186,000.00 - $230,000.00 annually DOQ. FT w/ medical, dental, vision, retirement, up to 208 hrs paid vacation & up to 104 hrs paid sick leave per year, paid holidays & paid parental leave benefits. Potential for possible housing allowance & enhanced severance package benefits.
