This is the 2010 nomination of Casselberry, Florida's Blueway Trail for the Community Sustainability Award. City Manager Barbara Lipscomb is credited with helping create this water-based trail for kayaks and canoes in response to a new policy that restricted boat ramp use to passive and non-motorized boats.
