This is the 2010 nomination of Great Barrington, Massachusetts' Strategic Budget Integration/Policy Governance program for the Strategic Leadership and Governance Award. Town Manager Kevin O'Donnell is credited with helping create a strategic plan to manage the town's budget in order to maintain progress on various redevelopment projects.
