The City of Dunwoody, GA created a government framework for the provision of services called the, “Split Contract Service Model”. Their model centers on the use of three different contract vendors who provide all of the City’s services (except for public safety). The three firms work together on a board called,  “Team Dunwoody” to streamline and collaborate on the work they do for the city. This model has helped bring in revenue and save money in every department.
