The Infrastructure Management, Mapping, Planning And Coordination Tool (IMMPACT) was developed in-house by the Communications and Technology Management Department, and led by Public Works in coordination with the Capital Planning Office and Financial Services. IMMPACT is coordination and reporting application for infrastructure activities including capital improvement projects (CIP), permits, special events, and annual maintenance plans. IMMPACT provides key coordination information for active infrastructure CIP projects and permits in a geographic and temporal context. The project marks the first time data from the capital planning, right of way, GIS, and infrastructure systems of record have been brought together in one place to allow for deep, meaningful coordination.
