Fort Collins, Colorado, uses "strategy maps" with graphs and other visuals to report progress toward accomplishing goals in the strategic plan. The city reports results to the city council and public on a quarterly basis. Fort Collins received a Certificate of Excellence in Performance Management from ICMA in 2018.
