The ICMA Rules of Procedure, adopted by the ICMA Executive Board, govern the process for enforcing the ICMA Code of Ethics as adopted by the ICMA membership.

Each session has a different topic: Ethical Leadership in Communications, Balancing Political Neutrality with Personal Advocacy, and Local Government’s Commitment to Democracy

Membership votes on potential revisions to Tenets 8 and 10 of the Code of Ethics this month as this review cycle concludes.
