South Sioux City, Nebraska is nominated for the 2006 ICMA Program Excellence Award in Community Partnerships, for their continual efforts to partner with various sectors of their community and neighboring communities to increase the quality of life in the region. This document contains a description of the various programs they have initiated, as well as a discussion of the programs' results and lessons learned.
