This is the 2010 nomination of Camden County's Five Year Strategic Plan for the Strategic Leadership and Governance Award.  County Administrator Steve L. Howard, along with the Strategic Planning Committee, developed a plan to address key focus areas in order to make progressive and innovative changes in their county.
