The City of Boerne has engaged in several technology initiatives for public safety, utilities, and administrative operations.  The initiatives have allowed the city to operate more efficiently and effectively.  The City has automated meters for its utilities along with online billing for residents, as well as IP surveillance cameras in parks and city government buildings.
