The Housing & Economic Development Director plans, directs, manages, and evaluates the City’s economic development programs and initiatives. The position is responsible for business attraction, retention, and expansion; redevelopment and revitalization strategies; public-private partnerships; and coordination with regional, state, and federal agencies. Work involves high-level strategy, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation designed to expand the City’s tax base, increase job creation, and support sustainable economic growth.
